This cutting board is also removable for deep cleaning at the end of the business day. A one-piece flat glass lid helps trap cold air, while its transparent body allows users to gauge inventory at a comfortable distance.

The base of this unit is supplied with two heavy-duty full doors that are fitted with metal handles for simple opening and closing. Once users prop the doors past 90 degrees, it remains open to accommodate any other uses like stocking, cleaning, or implementing the 4 PVC-coated shelves that are included. For high amounts of inventory, the shelves are adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments.
