Its top section can support 16 sixth-size poly pans that hold various toppings and fillings for savory street tacos or doner kebabs. This section features a stainless steel cover that’s insulated to preserve cold temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, a removable cutting board spans the depth of this table, measuring 113/4-inches-deep to create a large workspace. This station is made of strong stainless steel around its front, sides, and back, and its backing is paired with a GalFan coating to heighten corrosion resistance.
To extend its lifespan, the True TSSU-60-16D-2-HC~SPEC3 food prep table has an interior lining and flooring made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel; the flooring features coved corners to facilitate cleaning, while a dense polyurethane insultation aids in maintaining secured component placement. This station features one lockable door—accompanied with two adjustable shelves coated in PVC—and two lockable drawers capable of holding 6-inch-deep pans. Food-safe environments can be monitored and adjusted through the temperature control display, and this unit creates a cool setting through the use of an eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
