Cakes, pies, and pastries can be displayed on the True TGM-R-59-SC/SC-S-S dessert case’s six chrome-plated wire cantilever shelves. Each shelf can hold 150 pounds, and together, they comprise three tiers that can be raised or lowered to accommodate changing inventory. As many as six 18-inch-long by 26-inch-wide display pans and eight 12-inch-long by 18-inch-wide display pans can be stored on the shelves. The interior is made of stainless steel to create a neutral backdrop against displayed items and provide long-term rust resistance. So guests have a full view of displayed products, it’s built with a curved tempered glass front and side glass panels, while the interior is lighted with LEDs. This full-service unit is constructed with two rear sliding doors so operators can retrieve customer purchases.

To ensure displayed desserts are held at optimal temperatures, this glass merchandiser includes a self-contained refrigeration system that can produce and maintain temperatures from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Foamed-in-place high-density polyurethane insulation retains generated temperatures, and operators can modify temperatures with the electronic control as needed. To promote efficiency throughout use, its evaporator is coated with epoxy to resist corrosion, and its condenser fan motors reverse during defrost cycles to minimize debris, dust, and dirt buildup on the condenser coil. Operators can slide out the condensing unit for maintenance or cleaning as needed.

For a classic appearance without sacrificing durability, the True TGM-R-59-SC/SC-S-S bakery case sports a rounded front and back made of resilient, corrosion-, dent-, and scratch-resistant stainless steel. While the solid wood walls feature aluminum covers, the heavy-duty steel frame is powder coated for corrosion resistance. To ensure the unit doesn’t wobble or rock on irregular flooring, the frame rail is fitted with leg levelers. This 59¹⁄₄-inch-wide by 39-inch-deep by 49¹⁄₈-inch-tall unit can be paired with a similarly styled True TGM-DC dry display merchandiser.
