True 77 1/4″ Full Service Dry Bakery Case w/ Curved Glass – (4) Levels, 115v
For storing and displaying desserts and pastries that don’t require refrigeration, the True TGM-DC-77-SC/SC-B-W glass merchandiser is a dry unit with three tiers of adjustable wire cantilever shelves. Each tier is comprised of two white PVC-coated shelves that match the rest of the white powder-coated, cold-rolled steel interior for clean uniformity. To showcase a range of desserts, the cabinet can support eight 18-inch-long by 26-inch-wide display pans and (12) 12-inch-long by 18-inch-wide display pans (sold separately). The curved, single-pane tempered front glass and side glass panels provide a full view of the interior to enhance visibility and product presentation, while LED lights illuminate displayed products to attract customer attention.
Because the True TGM-DC-77-SC/SC-B-W merchandiser is a full-service configuration, it’s built with two rear sliding glass doors with 12-inch-long aluminum handles that simplify retrieving customer purchases and switching out inventory as needed. To complement True’s TGM-R refrigerated glass merchandiser, the rounded front and back are finished with a black powder coat, and the solid wood sides are covered in aluminum. For placement in bakeries and cafes, it measures 771⁄4 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 491⁄8 inches tall.
