True   32″ Spec Series® Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The True TFP-32-12M-D-2~SPEC3 prep table is designed to streamline production of sandwiches and salads. It features a refrigerated base that uses an eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep ingredients fresh and cool. The prep table has 12 sixth-size food pans that fit into the cut-out countertop. The lid and hood above the food pans is foam insulated to help keep the salad and sandwich ingredients cold. The counter is also equipped with a plastic cutting board that spans the length of the counter, creating a clearly designated space for food preparation.

The True TFP-32-12M-D-2~SPEC3 sandwich prep table is made of stainless steel, and the cabinet into which the drawers slide is lined with clear-coated aluminum. All the drawer mechanisms are made of stainless steel for durability. The two drawers feature locks to secure food, and each drawer can accommodate two food storage boxes measuring 12 inches long, 18 inches wide, and 6 inches deep. The refrigeration system is rear mounted and can keep the unit at a temperature ranging from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
