Using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a self-contained capillary tube system, the True T-35G-HC~FGD01 one-section refrigerator maintains temperatures at 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a stainless steel front and a clear-coated interior to ensure strength and corrosion resistance in high-volume operations. Being a two-section unit, its interior can be accessed through two self-closing, double-paned, thermal glass doors.

To improve condensing coil conditions, the condensing fan motor blows in a reverse direction for 20 seconds when the compressor is turned on. Directing air in an opposite direction helps reduce buildup of dirt, dust, and debris. This mechanism works in tandem with general preventative maintenance to ensure the coil is working properly.

To facilitate product organization, the interior of the True T-35G-HC~FGD01 reach-in refrigerator is fitted with six adjustable, PVC-coated wire shelves and LED lighting. It’s insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to preserve chill, and its one-piece, magnetic door gasket streamlines cleaning. Operators can wheel the unit away for cleaning or service on its 4-inch castors.
