This Somerset dough sheeter also features a sanitary, heavy duty, all stainless steel welded construction and large all stainless steel discharge tray. This dough sheeter is powered by a heavy duty ¾ HP gear motor, single phase 115v / 60 Hz or 220v / 50 Hz.
