The SaniServ 708 margarita machine has the ability to produce 10 gallons of margaritas or other cocktail beverages in an hour. It has a large evaporator and mix reservoir with a capacity of 20 quarts, and it includes one head with a handle for dispensing product. The unit’s refrigeration system is self-contained and cooled by air. Compatible with R404A refrigerant, the refrigeration system comes with a 3⁄4-horsepower compressor.
