With a sleek, black exterior, the Howard-McCray SC-CFS34N-6-BE-LED full-service fish/poultry case can blend with nearby equipment to create a seamless appearance. This standalone, double-duty unit is designed to store fish and poultry items, while the white interior, end panels, and floors provide a clean look and make it easy for staff to see any messes. This unit has a durable, dent-resistant steel top and a stainless steel ice pan equipped with a drain. This unit has two top doors and two sliding back doors to access the interior.
To provide a clear view of cabinet contents, the Howard-McCray SC-CFS34N-6-BE-LED full-service fish/poultry case is equipped with a straight glass front and interior LED lights. The front glass is thermal insulated to retain cold temperatures, and for convenience, this unit has bottom storage and three floor racks. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R513A refrigerant to maintain set temperatures between 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent ice buildup, this unit has an electronic defrost system featuring a 24-hour cycle.
