Refund and Returns Policy

Chef and Beyond Refund Policy
We want you to know that we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Please review the details below before requesting a return.
🔁 Standard Returns
• Only unused, regularly stocked items in their original, unopened packaging are eligible for return.
• All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• All returns require prior written authorization from our Customer Care team.
• A restocking fee of 30%–50% will be deducted from your refund.
• Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, including freight, insurance, duties, and taxes.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returned items must be in new, unused condition, securely packed in the original manufacturer’s packaging, and free of damage. Used, installed, or assembled items cannot be returned.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on the following products:
• Custom or special-order items
• Drop-ship products (items shipped directly from the manufacturer)
• Used or installed equipment
• Consumable, perishable, or disposable goods
• Furniture and oversized freight equipment
• Items shipped outside the contiguous U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order; however, damage may still occur during transit. Please follow the instructions below to protect your claim rights:
• Upon delivery, inspect all packages thoroughly before signing the delivery paperwork.
• If you notice any visible damage, refuse the delivery, take clear photos, and note the issue on the Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Do not sign for items that appear damaged.
• If you sign for delivery and later discover hidden damage, it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. You must also file a freight claim with the carrier, as signing for the item indicates it was received in good condition.
Chef and Beyond is not responsible for replacing or refunding damaged items that were signed for without any notation of damage.
What qualifies as a damaged item?
• Broken or cracked parts
• Major dents or bent structure
• Shattered glass or detached components
• Significant structural defects caused by transit
Minor cosmetic blemishes or packaging imperfections that do not affect the product’s functionality are not considered damage.
Incorrect items must also be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Products must remain unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for replacement.
❌ Order Cancellations
• Before Shipment: Contact our Customer Service team immediately. Open orders can be canceled without fees.
• After Shipment: Refuse the delivery or initiate a return request. Standard return and restocking fees apply.
• Custom or special orders: Cannot be canceled after production begins.
