The Univex SRM80+ planetary mixer has a gear-driven transmission that spans four possible speeds. It ships with an 80-quart capacity bowl—ideal for most ingredient selections to streamline bakery or cafe processes; furthermore, it’s installed with an ingredient chute that eases product insertion. The implemented bowl lift lever simplifies maneuvering by keeping hands from more hazardous areas of the unit. This unit includes other accessories, such as a beater, dough hook, whip, and bowl scraper, to maximize production efficiency in the kitchen.

The Univex SRM80+ planetary mixer measures 29³/₄ inches wide by 44⁵/₈ inches deep by 58³/₈ inches high and sports a classic white to match other appliances in commercial kitchen spaces. Its hybrid epoxy and polyester coat further adds protection, and this unit also features interlock switches, which stall operation if the safety guard is left ajar or if the mixing bowl is lowered during use. At the end of the business day, the body of the mixer can be wiped down with cloth and water mixed with small amounts of detergent.
