The Univex SRM80+ planetary mixer operates its 3-horsepower motor with gear-driven transmission. This motor can reach four total speeds in numerical order from one to four, with four being the highest speed. It features a chute so users can add ingredients midcycle, while its gear-driven communication has a hybrid configuration—meaning the unit doesn’t need to be stopped to alter its pace. The gears are constructed of hardened metal alloy to encourage thorough use with minimal effects on the gearbox’s structure. For more controlled operation and use, it features a preset 15-minute timer that stops the unit at the end of its timeframe.

Ideal for use in bakeries, cafes, delis, and other locations, the Univex SRM80+ planetary mixer measures 29³/₄ inches wide by 44⁵/₈ inches deep by 58³/₈ inches high. Its bowl is made of stainless steel and can hold 80 quarts of product.
