Built with high power and optimal safety features, the Univex SRM30+-GRN planetary mixer is a beneficial addition to most kitchen spaces. Its 30-quart capacity offers plenty of room to combine ingredients for large batches of creamy spinach dip or sweet strawberry muffins. Given that this mixer’s attachments move in a planetary motion, this machine is designed to suit most mixing needs and does so through its inner workings. With a 1-horsepower motor, this mixer showcases strength and reliable power with each fold, while its gear-driven transmission gives way to four variable speeds that can be changed without shutting off power for added user control.
The Univex SRM30+-GRN mixer is built for floor placement because of its size and includes many safety features for protected cooking and baking. It comes with a detachable SwingRing safety guard to maintain safe distances between powerful attachments and users’ fingers. Additionally, interlock switches are added to the interior, turning off the power in cases of accidental bumping. Located on the side of the mixer, the self-locking hand crank safely lowers and raises the stainless steel bowl when needed; to simplify cleaning, this mixer is finished with a coat of epoxy-polyester finish. Most of its accessories are dishwasher safe.
