Univex 1000M Description
The Univex 1000M Signature Series™ manual slicer is constructed of aluminum for heavy use. Its 13-inch knife blade slices meats and cheeses effortlessly and adjusts in thickness from 0 to 7/8 inches. When the blade dulls, a built-in sharpener enables the user to quickly ready it for slicing through product again. An edge guard protects users from the blade. The Univex 1000M manual slicer starts with an on/off push button.
