The True TWT-93D-2-HC worktop refrigerator is designed to fulfil two important functions in a commercial kitchen: storage and workspace. The top of the unit is equipped with a backsplash intended to prevent food and tools from falling behind the unit as operators assemble dishes or prepare ingredients. The top and the backsplash are made of one piece of stainless steel, which works to prevent bacteria growth to contribute to a cleaner working environment and higher-quality food. The bottom of the unit has three sections designed for effective and handy storage. The refrigerator sits on six 5-inch castors that allow it to be maneuvered with limited physical strain, and it measures 93¹/₄ inches wide by 34⁵/₈ inches deep by 39⁵/₈ inches high.

The refrigeration system in this unit is self-contained and the condensing unit is accessible from the back. It slides out smoothly for easy maintenance. The capillary tube system energy-efficient, eco-friendly refrigerant R290 to keep contained foods at a safe temperature as well as reduce the establishment’s impact on the surrounding environment. The refrigeration system keeps the internal temperature of the two cabinets and two drawers between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.

There are three sections for food storage in the True TWT-93D-2-HC worktop refrigerator; one of those sections has two drawers and the other two sections are large cabinet spaces. The drawers are accessible using 12-inch-long recessed handles and securable with locks. Each able to hold two full-size food pans, the drawers are made of stainless steel with stainless steel liners. Each cabinet is lined with clear-coated aluminum and features stainless steel floors with coved corners for effective sanitation. The shelves in the cabinets are constructed of PVC-coated wire and are adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments for customizable storage solutions.
