With a heavy-duty, 16-gauge top, the True TWT-67D-4-HC~SPEC1 Spec Series® worktop refrigerator is made of durable stainless steel and insulated with high-density polyurethane. Featuring a backsplash constructed from the same piece as the top, the unit prevents food particles and bacteria from sliding underneath the work surface or making a mess on the wall behind the unit. The balanced refrigeration system provides uniform temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and electronically commutated fan motors, which produce a consistent volume of air with minimal heat.

For a 20-second period each cycle, the condensing fan motor blows in reverse to eliminate dirt, dust, and other buildup from the condensing coil. This helps the condensing coil operate more efficiently, improving performance and cooling more effectively. For best results, preventive maintenance should be carried out on a regular basis.

The True TWT-67D-4-HC~SPEC1 worktop refrigerator includes four drawers that can each accommodate two full-size food pans or several smaller pans with the help of divider bars. Its drawers and magnetic gaskets can be taken out for cleaning, and all drawers are fitted with heavy-duty, all-metal working handles. For stability, the front set of 5-inch-diameter stem castors are lockable, and the unit’s work surface height is 36 inches.
