The True TWT-60D-4-HC~SPEC3 Spec Series® worktop refrigerator features a stainless steel construction that facilitates cleaning and can withstand a busy day of wear and tear. Its five feet of counter space provide plenty of room to prepare meals and space for storage below. The refrigeration system keeps the temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. It employs a hydrocarbon refrigerant called R290, which has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and three global warming potential (GWP).

The evaporator and condenser fan use electronically commutated motors that optimize airflow and energy use, lowering the operator’s electric bill. To remove buildup from the condensing coil’s surface, the fan motor runs in reverse for 20 seconds each time the compressor is turned on to blow away settled dirt and buildup. Though this feature can lengthen the unit’s lifespan and improve efficiency, it isn’t a substitute for preventive maintenance, which should be implemented regularly. Drawers provide storage in the True TWT-60D-4-HC~SPEC3 worktop refrigerator and can hold several pans of product, such as prepared meals or leftovers. The cabinet is mounted on castors for mobility.
