The True TWT-48D-2-HC~SPEC11RL worktop refrigerator maintains a set cabinet temperature from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, using guided airflow to cool products thoroughly and efficiently. Its reliably designed fan motors move consistent volumes of air with minimal heat generation and energy use. Settled dirt and dust are removed from the condensing coil with the compressor fan’s self-cleaning feature. When the compressor starts up, fan motor directs air in reverse to blow away any buildup that’s collected on the coil. This function helps optimize performance, reduce energy consumption, and lengthen the lifespan of the unit. Preventative maintenance should still be performed on a regular basis for best results.

This stainless steel unit features polyurethane insulation and coved interior corners to expedite cleaning. The backsplash is formed together with the top from a single metal piece, so food particles cannot be trapped. The self-closing door of the True TWT-48D-2-HC~SPEC11RL worktop refrigerator is hinged on the left with a 90-degree, stay-open feature. This aluminum-lined door includes locks and swings within the cabinet dimensions. Both drawers can accommodate one full-size food pan or several incremental sizes of pans. This refrigerator includes two PVC-coated, wire shelves that are adjustable in ¹⁄₂-inch increments, each including four chrome-plated clips.
