True   72″ TSSU Series Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The True TSSU-72-12-HC sandwich and salad prep table provides condensing unit access from the back of the cabinet to support maintenance. Product is held at precise temperatures from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit by the unit’s forced-air design, which provides uniform temperature to the food pans and cabinet interior. High-volume, low-velocity airflow is achieved with the sealed, self-lubricating evaporator fan motors and large fan blades. Environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant is used in the factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system.

When the compressor starts, the condensing fan motor reverses direction to blow dust off the condensing coil. It runs for 20 seconds to ensure the coil is efficiently cleaned. Alongside routine preventative maintenance, this feature extends the unit’s life and provides improved product temperatures.

The True TSSU-72-12-HC food prep table’s front, top, and ends are made of rust-resistant stainless steel, and the back is made of GalFan-coated steel. Lined with clear aluminum, the interior has a stainless steel floor with coved corners for quick cleanup. Because it is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, the unit maintains steady interior temperatures. The solid stainless steel doors are equipped with recessed door handles. This unit comes with 12 sixth-size pans for storing ingredients, and the full-length cutting board provides a durable prep space.
