These temperatures can be monitored and adjusted through the digital control system. To further promote a sanitary, safe cooking space, this unit features an 11³/₄-inch-deep cutting board that’s removable as needed.

The True TSSU-60-16D-4-HC~SPEC3 food prep table boasts a stainless steel front, sides, and back, and the backing is paired with a GalFan coating to heighten corrosion resistance. Additionally, its interior lining and flooring are constructed of this corrosion-resistant stainless steel; the floor features coved corners to prevent debris from becoming trapped in the unit.
