Providing refrigerated storage in addition to a workspace, the True TSSU-60-16D-4-HC~SPEC3 sandwich and salad unit helps various food service settings tackle high-volume orders. Its 1/3-horsepower motor powers the self-contained refrigeration system, which utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to establish temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. These temperatures can be monitored and adjusted through the digital control system. To further promote a sanitary, safe cooking space, this unit features an 113/4-inch-deep cutting board that’s removable as needed.
The True TSSU-60-16D-4-HC~SPEC3 food prep table boasts a stainless steel front, sides, and back, and the backing is paired with a GalFan coating to heighten corrosion resistance. Additionally, its interior lining and flooring are constructed of this corrosion-resistant stainless steel; the floor features coved corners to prevent debris from becoming trapped in the unit. Loose components are foamed-in-place with an environmentally friendly polyurethane insulation for added safety, and its four stainless steel drawers provide optimal space to store additional sandwich and salad ingredients to prevent users from making unnecessary trips to alternate refrigeration.
