The True TSSU-60-10-HC~SPEC3 food prep table sports extra storage on the underside, granting access to cold refrigeration through two lightweight doors made of 20-gauge stainless steel. Four adjustable shelves—coated in gray PVC—are located within and can be locked inside to limit access afterhours. The floor and liner of this unit are also made of stainless steel, featuring coved corners that facilitate cleaning. To maintain a cool environment, this machine’s 1/3-horsepower motor powers the self-contained capillary refrigeration system, which utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
