For holding classic sandwich and salad ingredients, 15 poly pans fit at the top of the True TSSU-48-15M-B-HC~SPEC3 mega top sandwich and salad prep table; nearby the pans is an 8⁷/₈-inch board that’s great for making sandwiches and subs. Users can maintain the freshness of displayed products using the insulated stainless steel cover, and the entirety of this unit’s body is stainless steel constructed, reducing the footprint of abrasions and dents. The interior floor and liner are constructed of the same material, and the floor features coved corners that ease cleaning. For added storage benefits, it’s fitted with full doors that lock, and each door secures four PVC-coated wire shelves.

The True TSSU-48-15M-B-HC~SPEC3 mega top prep table is built in with a self-contained refrigeration system. The condenser is located at the rear of its body and slides out for simple access. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant—a great eco-friendly alternative to standard refrigerants. Its forced-air circulation provides consistent flow underneath the pans, maintaining ideal temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. For high-powered and capable cooling, the epoxy-coated evaporator has sealed, self-lubricated fan motors that have large blades.
