True 27″ Spec Series® Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v
The True TSSU-27-12M-B-HC~SPEC3 sandwich and salad prep table utilizes a stainless steel construction for its front, sides, back, interior liner and floor; this material resists damage from scratches and dents, extending the service life of the unit. To ease cleaning, its floor features coved corners— rounded instead of pointed—make it simple to wipe down. The prep table measures 275/8 inches in width by 341/8 inches in depth by 4583/8 inches in height and features a large, hollow top with extra room for food pans.
This table ships with 12 transparent polycarbonate food pans—9 sixth size and 3 ninth size. These pans can be used to hold ingredients used to customize sandwiches or salads, and they can be placed underneath a stainless steel foam-insulated cover that can be closed to hold in cold air and preserve the freshness of the food inside. Designed as an all-in-one unit, the operator can use the white cutting board mounted on the front of the table top to assemble the meals.
The True TSSU-27-12M-B-HC~SPEC3 salad prep table’s refrigeration system uses the eco-friendly and energy-efficient R290 refrigerant to keep the cabinet and food pans between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The refrigeration system can be controlled using the digital display, and it is equipped with a rear-mounted condenser for convenient maintenance access. The table sits on four castors, enabling it to be moved around a kitchen or buffet floor plan.
