Frozen foods and ice cream can be stored in the True TS-72F-HC reach-in freezer because its self-contained refrigeration system produces and maintains an interior temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit. An exterior solar digital temperature display provides an accurate readout of interior temperatures, and to preserve generated temperatures in warm ambient environments, the cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place, high-density polyurethane. To maintain efficiency, the refrigeration system features electronically commutated (EC) fan motors that move a consistent volume of air to minimize heat product and energy usage; it also features a corrosion-resistant epoxy-coated evaporator. Staff can set times and temperatures to initiate and terminate an automatic defrost system to remove icy buildup that could damage product.

This freezer is divided into three sections, each of which feature right-hinged, full-size doors that enable staff to access one part of the freezer, retaining interior temperatures in the others. The doors are fitted with 12-inch-long recessed handles and removable, one-piece magnetic gaskets that ensure a secure closure. After business hours, the doors can be locked to deter theft. Each section boasts three heavy-duty PVC-coated gray wire shelves. The shelves’ 24¹⁄₈-inch-wide by 22³⁄₈-inch-deep structures provide ample space for frozen products, and as inventory changes, they can be raised or lowered in ¹⁄₂-inch-increments. LED interior lighting brightens the cabinet to provide full visibility, and staff can turn the lights on and off with the simple rocker switch above the doors.

For lasting strength, the True TS-72F-HC commercial reach-in freezer’s front, sides, and doors are made of stainless steel with high-tensile strength that resists corrosion, dents, and scratches, while its rear is constructed of resilient aluminum. The interior’s stainless steel lining and flooring is simple to wipe clean as needed. A welded, heavy-duty steel frame rail is coated with black powder that enhances corrosion resistance. To simplify transportation when needed for maintenance or cleaning, the frame rail is fitted with 4-inch-diameter castors; the front set can be locked to secure the freezer in place during use.
