The True TS-23G-2-HC~FGD01 one-section refrigerator maintains internal temperatures with R290 refrigerant and a capillary tubes system. Foods are kept between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be checked on the unit’s digital display. Its evaporator and condenser fans move cold air around the interior, cooling product evenly. For cold air retention, the cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, while magnetic gaskets around the doors prevent cold air leaks.

Engineered to work in tandem with preventative maintenance, the reverse condensing fan motor blows in an opposite direction for 20 seconds when the compressor is turned on. This helps remove buildup of unwanted dirt and dust on the condensing coil so it can work for longer periods and with less energy.
