True 95 1/2″ Chef Base w/ (4) Drawers, 115v
The True TRCB-96-HC~SPEC3 chef base comes with four drawers to provide storage in addition to refrigeration; these drawers lock to minimize tampering. The 1,434 -pound capacity top features a V-shaped edge to catch spills and grease. While the entire body is made of durable 18-gauge stainless steel, the interior is lined with high-density polyurethane to lock in cold temperatures. For easy movement, the bottom is mounted on 4-inch casters.
The True TRCB-96-HC~SPEC3 chef base with drawers is built with a self-contained refrigeration system to hold meats and produce close at hand to quickly assemble sandwiches or salads. This unit utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant along with a capillary tube system, extra-large evaporator coil, and high-horsepower compressor and condenser. The interior body features self-lubricated fan motors with large blades, and the unit can be set to a temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
