Meant for holding cold-cut deli meats, cheeses, or produce, the TPP-AT-67D-4-HC~SPEC3 pizza prep table offers a comfortable top space that holds nine third-size polycarbonate pans. Below these pans sit a 191/2-inch cutting board that creates ample space for crafting sandwiches, pizzas, or salads. The four drawers underneath the cutting board can each hold two full-size pans, which are not included. The exterior and interior are constructed of stainless steel for added strength, and the interior corners are coved to create a simple-to-clean design.
So items remain at safe serving temperatures for extended periods, the TPP-AT-67D-4-HC~SPEC3 prep table is supplied with a self-contained refrigeration system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which supplies an eco-friendly form of consistent cooling. With a force-supplied air system, this unit maintains temperatures from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit through the installed pan rail. The condensing unit can be accessed from the rear for maintenance, while the front of the body features an exterior temperature display to consistently monitor temperature levels.
