The door of the True TPP-AT-44-HC~SPEC3 pizza prep table locks—ideal for holding extra pans or sandwich and pizza ingredients such as cold-cut turkey, ham, chicken, or produce. Users can access the interior with the ergonomic handle, and above the door is a 191/2-inch cutting board that provides space for assembling sandwiches, subs, and salads. The interior fits two wire shelves that are coated in PVC to resist corrosion from water drops while retaining durability. To keep items at comfortable arm’s reach, diced produce like onions, tomatoes, and jalapenos can be stored in the six included third-size clear polycarbonate pans. The front, back, and sides are made of stainless steel, as are the interior liner and floor. Because the corners are coved, it offers simple end-of-day cleanup.
