The six PVC-coated wire shelves that ship with the True TGM-R-59-SC/SC-B-W full-service bakery case can hold six 18-inch by 26-inch pans and eight 12-inch by 18-inch pans to display buttercream cake, pound cake, sponge cake, and other bakery classics. The shelves’ PVC coating resists moisture and simplifies cleaning; the dual rear-sliding doors simplify the removal or application of the shelves. So customers can gauge inventory at arm’s length, it flaunts a fixed curved glass front and LED interior lighting. Ideal for book cafe settings, it’s constructed of solid wood sides with an aluminum cover and panels that sport a black powder-coated color. The steel interior flaunts a classic white for visual contrast, and its frame is constructed with leg levelers for stability on sloped or even floors.
The 591/4-inch-wide by 39-inch-deep by 491/8-inch-high body of the True TGM-R-59-SC/SC-B-W bakery case features a self-contained refrigeration system. The capillary system expends R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly operation that has zero ozone depletion and 3 global warming potential. It maintains safe serving temperatures between 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To extend the lifetime of internal components, the condenser features a reversible configuration to remove dust or debris, while the evaporator is epoxy coated for corrosion resistance.
