TGM-R-48-SC/SC-W-WTo complement light-hued bakeries and cafes, the True TGM-R-48-SC/SC-W-W refrigerated bakery case’s interior and exterior are finished with a white powder coating. For durability, its solid wood sides are finished with aluminum covers, while its welded, heavy-duty steel frame rail is powder-coated black to resist corrosion. The curved tempered glass front and side glass panels enhance visibility of displayed contents, while LED interior lighting brightens the cabinet for an elevated presentation that captures customer attention. This 481⁄4-inch-wide by 39-inch-deep by 491⁄8-inch-tall unit is designed as a refrigerated counterpart to the True TGM-DC dry case display merchandiser.

The glass merchandiser’s interior features three shelving tiers made up of six adjustable wire cantilever shelves in total to accommodate changing inventory. Each shelf can hold 150 pounds, and to display small desserts and pastries, the cabinet can accommodate four 18-inch-long by 26-inch-wide display pans, two 9-inch-long by 26-inch-wide display pans, and six 12-inch-long by 18-inch-wide display pans (not included). Its two sliding rear doors are simple to open and close so staff can insert fresh products or retrieve customer purchases.

The True TGM-R-48-SC/SC-W-W dessert case’s self-contained refrigeration system operates with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant to produce and maintain a set interior temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To accommodate changing holding requirements, operators can modify the interior temperature using the electronic temperature control. High-density polyurethane insulation is foamed in place throughout the cabinet to retain generated temperatures and conserve energy. To maintain high efficiency, the refrigeration unit’s condenser fan motors reverse during defrost off cycles to eliminate debris, dirt, and dust buildup on the condenser coil; the evaporator is epoxy coated for lasting corrosion-resistant durability. Users can simply pull out the condensing unit when it requires cleaning or servicing.
