True 36 1/4″ Full Service Bakery Case w/ Curved Glass – (4) Levels, 115v
For holding buttercream, whipped, or cookie cakes, the True TGM-R-36-SC/SC-S-S full-service bakery case measures 361/4 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 491/8 inches high; its interior can support two 18-inch by 26-inch pans, two 9-inch by 26-inch pans, and four 12-inch by 18-inch pans (not included). Its dual rear-sliding doors feature 12-inch handles for interior access, and LED lighting illuminates the products inside. The exterior is made of wood sides with an aluminum cover and front panel, and both the exterior and interior feature a silver stainless color. It has four total tiers to create a staggered, elevated display, and the installed curved glass lets operators quickly gauge inventory. It ships with six shelves to maximize capacity, and these shelves are chrome plated for additional durability.
For simple installation in compatible locations, the TGM-R-36-SC/SC-S-S full-service display merchandiser is supplied with a self-contained refrigeration system. This system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly function with zero ozone depletion and 3 global warming potential. It maintains set temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit to keep products chilled before serving. For lasting operation while reducing maintenance needs, the condenser has a reversible function that filters out dust and debris; additionally, it can be pulled out for cleaning.
