The entire cabinet is foamed in place with high-density polyurethane insulation to retain generated temperatures and reduce energy consumption. To enhance the coil’s performance and the unit’s energy efficiency, the system’s condenser fan motors reverse during defrost off cycles to rid the condenser coil of dust, debris, and dirt. The condensing unit can be pulled out to simplify cleaning and provide direct access when maintenance is required, and for best results, this unit should be used in ambient settings no warmer than 80 degrees Fahrenheit with 55 percent relative humidity.

The True TGM-R-36-SC/SC-B-W bakery case is a full-service configuration, meaning staff must retrieve customer purchases through the two rear sliding glass doors. This 36¹⁄₄-inch-wide by 39-inch-deep by 49¹⁄₈-inch-tall unit features a white powder-coated cold-rolled steel interior with three tiers of six total adjustable wire cantilever shelves. As many as two 18-inch-long by 26-inch-wide display pans, two 9-inch-long by 26-inch-wide display pans, and four 12-inch-long by 18-inch-wide display pans can be stored on the shelves, each of which boasts a 150-pound capacity. While the LED lights highlight the interior, the front curved glass provides full visibility to garner customer attention.
