The True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-59-SC/SC-S-S full-service dual-zone bakery case provides one dry section and one chilled section to maintain the quality of contained cakes, pies, and pastries. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is circulated using its capillary tubing system, to hold the unit at a temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit; it has an optional temperature range between 42 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit for wines or chocolates. To better sustain that temperature, it has a layer of foamed-in polyurethane insulation. Built with convenience and maintenance in mind, its condenser can be removed for quick cleaning, while its condenser fans can be reversed to help remove hard-to-reach dust accumulations. Altogether, this unit measures 591/4 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 491/8 inches high.
Constructed with two separate sections that are accessible with the rear-placed sliding glass doors, the True Refrigeration TGM-DZ-59-SC/SC-S-S can hold six 18-inch-long by 26-inch-deep display pans and eight 12-inch-long by 18-inch-deep display pans. It utilizes a curved glass front for customers to look through, and products are visible because of its LED lighting system. Operators can use its six adjustable shelves, which are chrome-plated, to maximize its internal storage space. The whole unit is constructed around a steel frame with wooden sides and aluminum panels along its sides and front. It flaunts a stainless silver exterior and interior to match modern bakery establishment themes.
