With its slick black powder-coated exterior contrasted by its white interior, the True TGM-DZ-48-SC/SC-B-W dual-zone display case offers an elegant solution for showcasing cakes, pastries, and macaroons. Its front curved viewing glass and LED cabinet lighting offers a clear view inside, while the rear sliding glass doors are supplied with 12-inch-long aluminum handles to ease stocking. Its two-section design holds six adjustable wire shelves coated in PVC to maximize its interior space; these shelves can hold four 18-inch-long by 26-inch-deep pans, two 9-inch-long by 26-inch-deep pans, and eight 12-inch-long by 18-inch-deep display pans. Its body is primarily constructed of aluminum, with its sides being made of solid wood. When installed, this unit measures 481/4 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 491/8 inches high.
Designed to hold the interior at a temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the True TGM-DZ-48-SC/SC-B-W display case keeps itself cool using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant—an eco-friendly option that leaves very little strain on the environment. It circulates this cold air using a self-contained capillary tube system that feeds into its condenser, which rests on a pull-out track for easy cleaning and maintenance. To reduce the need for manual oversight, the condenser can automatically reverse its fan motors during defrost to expel dust and other debris.
