Ideal for displaying breakfast pastries such as croissants, bagels, and muffins, the True TGM-DC-48-SC/SC-W-W full-service bakery case features a four-tier design that holds six PVC-coated wire shelves. The front-placed curved front glass offers a distinct display, while its interior is kept illuminated and visible using its LED lighting. This 481/4-inch-long by 39-inch-deep by 491/8-inch-high display case is fitted with two rear-access sliding doors for easy access when stocking or removing items.
To elevate modern or whimsical cafe and bakery themes, the True TGM-DC-48-SC/SC-W-W full-service dry bakery case flaunts a white interior and exterior. The interior cabinet is made of steel, while the exterior body is constructed of wood and aluminum. For maintaining ideal serving temperatures, the inside cavity is also foamed in with polyurethane insulation, and for stability, its heavy-duty body is mounted on leg levelers.
