Ideal for displaying dry pastries, the True TGM-DC-36-SC/SC-W-W full-service bakery case features four levels and stores six PVC-coated white wire shelves. For maximizing product inventory, , this unit can accommodate additional accessories, such as two 18-inch-long by 26-inch-deep pans, two 9-inch-long by 26-inch-deep display pans, and four 12-inch-long by 18-inch-deep display pans (not included) to display muffins, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and more. Its two rear-sliding glass doors are supplied with 12-inch handles for simple access to the interior cabinet for stocking or cleaning.

To establish an industrial appearance with rustic accents, the True TGM-DC-36-SC/SC-W-W full-service bakery display flaunts an aluminum cover and solid wood sides.
