The True TFP-72-30M~SPEC3 sandwich/salad prep station with a refrigerated base holds 30 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans to keep sandwich toppings close at hand. Its 8-inch-deep by 1/2-inch-thick cutting board offers a useful workspace for preparing lunch sandwiches or subs. This unit is fitted with three heavy-duty doors that contain six included wire shelves—each shelf is wrapped in a PVC coating for the corrosion resistance needed for moist settings. The doors can be locked after hours to reduce tampering, and this unit is supplied with an insulated stainless steel cover top to lock the cold in and maintain product quality.
The True TFP-72-30M~SPEC3 sandwich and salad prepping cabinet measures 721/8 inches wide by 331/2 inches deep by 461/2 inches high and sits on a set of 21/2-inch casters for simple transportation. It’s installed with a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that uses an eco-friendly R513A refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The epoxy-coated evaporator’s fan motor and larger fan blades increase this unit’s efficiency, while its front-discharge airflow design implementation in tight corners to maximize kitchen space. The exterior and interior are made of durable stainless steel for lasting use, with its interior also featuring an aluminum liner.
