This True TFP-72-30M-D-2 prep table’s exterior front, top, and ends are made of stainless steel with a GalFan-coated steel back, and its interior is constructed of clear-coated aluminum. To simplify cleanup, the floor is made of stainless steel with coved corners, and its walls are insulated with polyurethane foam to retain temperatures. This unit has a self-contained capillary tube system that controls the flow of R134A refrigerant, while its condensing unit can be accessed from the rear. To move a high volume of air consistently, this unit has a high-efficiency evaporator fan motor and large fan blades.

This prep table has two doors and two drawers that are made of stainless steel and lined with aluminum, as both doors and drawers have 12-inch-long handles and one-piece magnetic gaskets to prevent cold air from seeping out. An 8-inch-deep, polyethylene cutting board spans the width of this True TFP-72-30M-D-2 prep table and offers a space for crafting sandwiches and salads.
