True   36 1/4″ Full Service Bakery Case w/ Curved Glass – (4) Levels, 115v

A self-contained capillary tube system meters R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to cool the True TDM-R-36-GE/GE-S-W full-service bakery case. Its high-capacity, factory-balanced refrigeration system operates at a set temperature range from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Condenser fan motors reverse to prevent dirt from gathering on the condenser coil, and the condensing unit can be pulled out for servicing and cleaning.

The exterior of the True TDM-R-36-GE/GE-S-W full-service bakery case is made of stainless steel that resists rusting, denting, and scratching, and its white powder-coated, cold-rolled steel interior is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to retain cool air. Adjustable, PVC-coated shelves can support 150 pounds each, and the case can hold two 18-inch by 26-inch pans, two 9-inch by 26-inch pans, and four 12-inch by 18-inch pans. The single-pane, curved front glass opens for access to product, while the two rear glass doors slide open and close.
