The True TCGG-36-HC-LD full-service deli case maintains temperatures between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can set a temperature within that range. Cleaning and servicing the condenser is convenient since it slides out from the back panel. A high-humidity evaporator coil enables this unit to display meats, cheeses, and sandwiches. To resist damage, the evaporator is coated in epoxy, and a defrost cycle starts and stops at a set time to reduce frost buildup.
