The True T-49G-4-HC~FGD01 two-section reach-in refrigerator operates between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit with an exterior temperature display. Its condenser and evaporator fan motors are electronically commutated, meaning they produce little heat and consume little energy. For consistent maintenance, the unit’s condensing fan motor blows in a reverse direction to help eliminate dust buildup on the condensing coil. This 20-second mechanism can improve coil operation and elongate its lifespan, and it works in tandem with general maintenance. Since the evaporator is epoxy coated, it is resistant to corrosion, and the refrigeration system is bottom mounted to keep the compressor in the coolest area of the kitchen. This design also elevates the bottom of the storage area to a comfortable height for staff members.

Inside the unit, six epoxy-coated shelves hold product and adjust to accommodate a variety of items. There are four half doors with glass windows, so the operator can check inventory.
