With a toggle switch that can change the unit from refrigerator to freezer and vice versa, the True T-49F-FLX-HC two-section commercial refrigerator’s temperatures can be adjusted between -10 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. To ease this process, its behind-the-grill temperature toggle switch is simple to reach. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant facilitates cold temperatures through the unit’s self-contained capillary system, and because the condenser’s and evaporator’s fan motors are electronically commutated, they reduce heat expenditure and energy consumption. To reduce maintenance costs, a time-initiated defrost system minimizes frost buildup on integral internal components.
This unit comes equipped with two stainless steel doors with 12-inch-long recessed handles, and once the door is opened, top-placed LED lighting illuminates the interior of the cabinet. For storing perishable items, such as milk, cheese wedges, hummus, or ice cream, this unit houses six shelves. Each shelf is finished in a PVC coat for durability, water resistance, and simple cleaning. These shelves are adjustable in 1/2-inch increments.
To maintain its pristine look by minimizing abrasions, dents, and irregularities, the True T-49F-FLX-HC two-section freezer’s exterior is made of aluminum sides and a stainless steel front. The interior has an aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with covered corners that ease cleaning. Overall, this refrigerator freezer unit measures 541/8 inches wide by 301/8 inches deep by 833/8inches high and sits on 4-inch castors to ease movement on textured, smooth, or sloped floors.
