Operators can set the temperature in the True STG2RRI89-2S two-section roll-in refrigerator between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and these temperatures can be monitored in Fahrenheit or Celsius on the external display. The refrigeration system is top mounted, meaning it operates far from dust on the floor, though it can be hard to access.
