The True GDM-05-HC~FGD01 countertop display merchandiser has a left-hinged swing door made of low-E thermal glass set in a mitered plastic channel frame. It offers a secure grip with its 12-inch extruded door handle and self-closes to conserve cold air in between uses. For a tight seal, the door’s gasket is magnetic and can be removed to ease cleaning It’s made of cold rolled steel and finished with a white powder coat, so the merchandiser’s exterior is durable against corrosion when used in a high-volume setting.

The True GDM-05-HC~FGD01 refrigerated countertop merchandiser is compact and contains two adjustable wire shelves that encourage unrestricted airflow. Its refrigeration system is self-contained and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. For 20 seconds after the compressor starts up, the fan motor runs in reverse to blow dust off the condensing coil. Keeping the coil clean helps to lengthen the unit’s life and maintains fresh product and proper temperatures. To ensure the unit is operating at peak efficency, employees should still perform routine maintenance.

Attracting attention, the merchandiser has an illuminated sign panel, and LED lights within the cabinet brighten stored product to streamline selection. Insulated with high-density polyurethane, the refrigerator rests on leg levelers that help offset uneven supporting surfaces and prevent wobbling.
