The Southbend PCG100S/SD full-size convection oven features a double-deck design that operates using natural gas. It can be set to temperatures between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit via the standard controls; these manual controls also come with a 60-minute timer for consistent results. The full unit measures 38 inches wide, 371/4 inches deep, and 663/4 inches high.
The Southbend PCG100S/SD full-size convection oven’s two interiors are lined with porcelain and equipped with coved corners for simple cleaning and enhanced heat retention. The ovens include five removable and adjustable plated oven racks. For simple, one-handed use, each oven can be accessed using the dependent doors. The interior can be visually monitored using the windows and recessed interior lights.
