The Somerset CDR 250 dough bread moulder makes cleaning and maintenance tasks simple with its all stainless steel welded construction and spring loaded scrapers that are easily removed. This dough moulder also comes with a removable conveyor belt for easy cleaning and servicing and has a maintenance free drive mechanism that is isolated from the roller area. This Somerset CDR 250 dough bread moulder is powered by a heavy duty ¾ HP gear motor, maintenance free single phase 115v / 60 Hz or 220v / 50 Hz and can produce up to 30 20″ pieces a minute. This machine features a simple adjustable handle for uniform products and is equipped with automatic shut off sensors for operator safety.
