The Somerset CDR 100 dough sheeter can sheet dough to a uniform thickness up to 10″ in diameter in just a matter of seconds. The CDR 100 is ideal for cinnamon rolls, yeast raised donuts, Danishes, pastry production, pie crusts, pizza, pasta, fondant and more.
The Somerset CDR 100 dough sheeter machine features a compact design with front or side operation and foodservice grade all stainless steel construction. This Somerset dough sheeter features an easy to operate, ergonomic design which offers speed, safety, simplicity and sanitation. This dough sheeter includes synthetic rollers that eliminate the buildup of dough and automatic shutoff sensors for user safety. This machine comes with spring loaded scrapers for easy removal and cleaning tasks. Designed and manufactured in the U.S.A., this Somerset CDR 100 dough sheeter also comes with permanently lubricated, sealed ball bearings and synthetic, 3.5″ (8.89 cm) diameter by 10″ (25.4 cm) length rollers.
