Saniserv 798 Description
The SaniServ 798 margarita machine comes with one head per side, and each can produce 6 gallons of product in an hour. It can accommodate 14 quarts of mix in the evaporator and mix reservoir. Its exterior is constructed of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel, and the interior frame is made of steel for structural reinforcement. To save on counterspace, the unit’s design has a small footprint.
The SaniServ 798 frozen cocktail machine has a self-contained refrigeration system that is air cooled, so it should not be housed in an area where temperatures exceed 80 degrees Fahrenheit. This refrigeration system uses R404A refrigerant for cooling. For effective blending and product separation, the stainless steel dasher is equipped with low-friction scraper blades. Solid-state controls ensure product is consistent from serving to serving.
