Saniserv 724 Description
The SaniServ 724 margarita machine has two sides that can each produce 20 gallons of frozen cocktails with an evaporator and mix reservoir that can hold 20 quarts of mix apiece. Because the unit has two heads, it can dispense two different flavors. The stainless steel exterior is resistant to dents and rust, and the steel interior frame provides reinforcement. Stainless steel dashers equipped with low-friction blades ensure that product is thoroughly mixed.
The SaniServ 724 frozen cocktail machine features a refrigeration system that is air cooled and self-contained. Because it is air cooled, it should not be kept in an environment where temperatures get higher than 80 degrees. For product consistency, the machine has an AccuFreeze™ solid-state control. A light notifies the user when more mix needs to be added, and a system with a compressor lock out stops operation when the mix runs out completely.
